Refund policy

Wine Purchase Policy: Cancellations, Returns & Right of Withdrawal

At KIDALION M.E.P.E., we accept order cancellations free of charge as long as the cancellation is made before the order is shipped.

If an order is canceled after shipment but before delivery, the customer is responsible only for the shipping costs (both sending and return).

Due to the nature of our products, returns or exchanges are not accepted after delivery.

All our products are stored in climate-controlled facilities that strictly adhere to proper storage and preservation standards. However, if you receive a defective product that significantly reduces its value or suitability for intended use, please notify us within two (2) calendar days of receiving the product so we can address the issue.

  • For purchases made via bank transfer, refunds will be processed via transfer to the customer's bank account (IBAN).

  • For credit card purchases, once the products arrive back at our store, your card charge will be canceled and the amount credited back to your account. The refunded amount will exclude initial shipping costs and return shipping fees.

Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and provide a prompt solution.


Tour Cancellation Policy

  • Full refund for cancellations made up to 7 days before the visit.

  • 50% refund for cancellations made up to 48 hours before the visit.

  • No refunds for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled visit.
